A clear next step.

Start with the document or decision in front of you. You don’t need to know every permit term.

Can I start with a survey or old plan?

Yes. Upload it with the project. Supported dimensions and facts are read for your review. An old plan shows how things were documented; it doesn’t prove today’s property.

What if I don’t have every measurement?

Start with what you have. The app asks for each missing measurement when it matters and explains why. Don’t guess a number just to finish a step.

Do I need to join a contractor’s company?

No. Homeowners get a private workspace. Joining a company workspace is optional and meant for collaboration.

Can a permit be guaranteed?

No one can. Approval depends on the property, the work and the reviewing authority. We show every rule we checked and what’s left.

What happens if the City asks for changes?

Add the comments to the project, fix each item in the design and download the regenerated package as a new revision.

Who can see a shared project?

The workspace owner decides. A file viewer sees named files, a contributor can add evidence and notes, and a reviewer sees the revision they’re assigned. Editing and billing permissions are separate.

Still stuck?

Pilot participants can use their existing DivineDesigner contact. A public support address is coming with the public launch.
