What it is
Software that designs small residential projects (decks, fences, bathrooms and basements) to the Ontario Building Code, draws the permit drawings, fills in the City’s forms and tells you exactly what’s left before you submit.
What it isn’t
A permit office, an engineering firm or a guarantee. You, or your designer, submit the application. The City decides.
Where it works
The Building Code checks work anywhere in Ontario. City rules and fees are checked city by city (eleven so far), and City forms are built in starting with Kitchener and Waterloo. See the permit rules by city
