Getting started as a pro.

For designers and contractors who prepare permits for clients. Set up your company once, then run every job in one place.

Six steps

Set up once

  1. Sign up as a pro

    Choose “My clients”, then add your company or studio name and the cities you work in.

  2. Invite your team

    In Settings, under Team, invite people by email and choose what each person can do.

  3. Add your templates and defaults

    Upload your title block, standard notes or an approved permit set under Templates & past jobs; the AI follows them. Set your usual City, designer details and proposal notes under Defaults.

  4. Start a client job

    Every design tool, with your client’s name on the job. Use the standard construction details or your own.

  5. Send a client proposal

    The design, drawings and materials go out as one proposal, with your logo on it.

  6. Apply for your client

    Apply as your company on the owner’s behalf, with the forms filled in. City comments come in as a list; revised sheets go out as a new revision.
